Return and refund policy
Return Window
We offer a 2-days return window, which means you have to raise return request within 2 days after receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returned with the tag intact and unbroken. If the Tag Loop is tampered with or removed, the item will not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please visit Return Portal in the website footer. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To process any claim related to damage during shipping, we require unboxing videos clearly showing:
- The damaged product
- The packaging (including shipping label)
- The issue visible during unpacking
This helps us file a claim with the courier and offer you a quicker resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Once the return is accepted, you can exchange for same item (if available) or different item of the same value. If value is higher, then you've to pay the difference. Exchange of items with lesser value is not acceptable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@theroyalbeth.com.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
To cancel, please visit your Account page (profile icon in the website header) and select Cancel next to your order. This option will be available only if the order has not been shipped yet.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. However, you may still initiate a return after receiving the item by following our Return Policy.
